“First, customer service is extremely poor. They just send canned replies. They don't even read the email they're replying to.
Second, the shipping took 6 weeks. The tracking was almost useless. I ordered May 4, it showed the item arriving in San Francisco June 1, then it went to Illinios, then Indiana, then to Los Angeles.
Third, the product is extremely poor. Wrong material (felt like very rough linen but claimed to be cotton/polyester), wrong size (at least 2 sizes smaller than it should have been), and not flowing as shown in photo.
When I contacted customer service to return, they reply with canned language indicating they had not read the email to which they are replying. Their email said that their return center is CHINA and I am required to pay return postage. They further offered me 15% discount instead "which could be used to alter the item". That won't work because it's too small. Even if it would work, the material is wrong. It is my strong impression that everyone on this website is correct and this is a scam website.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I believe their goal is to take you money, send you a shoddy imitation of what you ordered, and make is so difficult to return that you give up.
Any order from Nora Cora is like throwing money away.”

“One star is too many! Ordered in early May, 2020. Still have not received the purchase as of June 19. There is no indication on the website that they ship from China. Received an email when the product supposedly shipped, but the only means to track the the shipment is via their website, with their order number. Needless to say, the tracking method doesn’t work, or stopped working once the shipment left China. Multiple emails requesting a waybill number were ignored, with replies indicating that the website tracking option was the only one. Finally, after threatening to call my credit card company, I received 2 emails...the first telling me to be “more patient”, the second, from a different responder, providing what appear to be actual waybill tracking numbers ( this more than a month after placing the order). The packages are apparently finally in Canada, but so far no where near being delivered.”

They said they showed a package delivered and a package still in transit. “Noracora is a scam site. I ordered items, never got a confirmation, order number or any contact information to reach them except an email address which there is no business information or address of their location.
When you send an email on an issues, several days later they send and email which is formatted that send over and over, with a fake name to tell to send them more information. I feel bad anyone that scam by these people because their clothes on the site looks nice. Also sent to the BBB so hopefully many others will not get scammed as I did. My items never came and money was never return.”
“Placed an order with Noracora in April. It is now mid June and I still haven't received a thing (live in California). Noracora tells me, "it is in transit. You will receive it". Basically, I don't believe it and I am out $150. DO NOT ORDER from them! Don't let the styles and cost seduce you!”
