“I booked a repair for 12-2 but no-one turned up or bothered to even contact me. V abrupt manner on the phone from reception. And the quote was a bit pricey.”

Hi Karen, You cancelled the job and now writing this review and complaining no one turned up! “Easy to get hold of (although website states telephone lines open at 8am, not 8 am), polite and prompt appointment for engineer to call. Engineer on time, polite, well presented and helpful.”

“Made a booking online and never received any confirmation. Called them and got put through to one of the rudest customer service people I’ve ever encountered. He told me they’d emailed me to say they rejected the booking. I said I’d never received that email. He hung up on me. Appalling experience. And, obviously, my washing machine remains unrepaired.”

“Was told Indesit innex unrepairable need a new washing machine as drum not working. Was shown some other washing machines on the website. Paid call out charge of £50 cash and will decide what washing machine to buy soon.”

“My oven stopped heating up . Quick phone call on a Monday morning , engineer booked in for following morning . He called me in the morning to inform me he was on route . Arrived on time he was polite courteous and knowledgeable. Oven was repaired within 30 minutes and price was as quoted with a 1 year warranty on part . Great job”

“Booked a washer drier repair on Saturday and it went ahead on the following Monday. The engineer arrived on agreed time, quickly resolved the issue and left the place clean. Highly recommended!”

“Just had a follow up by Bab (N20) for a dishwasher door repair. It had been tricky and when finished he and I checked that the machine electrics were working fine but didn't check water. I later in the day realised there was problem with water supply. Phoned the central office and they immediately passed message to Bab who was with me in under 30mins, sorted the problem quickly (kink in water in-pipe), checked it was working properly and job done. Bab was polite, speedy and go the job done. Many thanks”

“Man arrived early He was quite short and abrupt - very concerned about payment as I stated my landlord was going to pay after. Quite short and abrupt on the phone to them also. Job completed suitably but customer service wasn’t great.”

"Landlord/Agency: No" As its stated on our booking form, we ask that you make full payment to the engineer at the time of the appointment using cash, debit or credit card. “Job done and the guy who came coped well with a few challenges along the way! Pretty good VFM. My reason for 4 not 5 stars was lack of contact after first visit to let me know if replacement piece available and likely time frame - I chased up twice. 2nd chase led to more or less instant engineer visit which was fine.”
