“Initially I sent an email and got an automated reply saying DO NOT call or email our office etc etc. Cottage: 3 out of 5 rear windows were blown and a mess to look out of. Garden needs tidying as a mess compared to neighbours. Even a niehbour said this to us. Heating doesn't work on timer so have to switch on and off manually, ok if you remember to turn it off as you go out. No front letter box so big draught from front door. Rear door split on bottom panel and can see outside so net curtain inside blowing with the wind. Cooker hood light not working. Guide on tv remote not working so no idea what channels this tv has. Went to northumbria cottages shop front as can't call and notice on door said they are working inside moving bookings to next year. The notice was dated March 2020 and this was Oct 2020”
