“The house I booked in Beadnell was great and I have booked again for next year. After my stay there was no request for feedback unlike other companies I have used. There were a few niggling little problems I would have liked to mention but this company is only interested in taking your money. Sykes Cottages are far more involved in their rental properties”

“Eider Cottage, Embleton. Poor value for money. Not very clean in spite of being told not to arrive before 5pm due to deep cleaning between lets. Garden patio full of thistles. Fittings are shoddy, cut my arm on cupboard door handle that had exposed screws. Won't be booking with them again.”

“They did not. Cancelled our booking and offered voucher but no refund. Tried to contact them several times with no success to reschedule our booking. Shoddy and unprofessional.”
