Ordered dog food in December,stated it was dispatched, then confirmed it was not!! Can't speak to anyone as always on answerphone,no one returns phone calls,stated refund made,still awaiting refund despite assurances it had had been made!!

I recieved the harness on time but to small so I emailed on how to exchange got nothing back, so got returns address on website I sent parcel to returns with note on invoice. I've emailed twice after I sent it and no reply plus it's been 5weeks now and nothing
