“Nourish'd provide me with awesome meals (except for the ones that have capsicum in them - yuck!!!) the quality of the meals are way above standard and by far better than the other companies out on the market. The customer service is second to none, the staff are always willing to help you in whatever your needs are or to explain in layman's terms what's going on. I love their meals and they have made my life so much easier given my disabilities. Thank you for what you do an keep up the awesome standards you uphold!!!”
“Most of the meals I had were very tasty, by far the best meal delivery. Beautiful fresh ingredients.
The curried sausage lacked a lot of flavors though, no seasoning at all. The pumpkin in the pumpkin lasagna was not cooked enough. I found the servings way too small especially for what you pay.”

“I am enjoying the meals very much. I'm not enjoying the new website. I find it misleading that meals with dairy are classed as paleo friendly. If you read the ingredient list this overcomes that problem.”
