“Some of the meals are really nice, but a couple we have had were quite awful (meat was poor quality/grossly, carbonara texture and taste was gross). We have ordered for 3 weeks and will try one more to see if the inconsistencies in quality continue. Some "regular" sized meals are truly tiny.”
“I haven't tried many meals yet. Delivered on time which was great. Have noticed the ones I've eaten so far are just fairly bland. They're ok, but nothing amazing. They also seem to have a lot of sauce rather than solid food so you need to put more salad or veges with them if you don't want to be eating many spoonfuls of just sauce. One meal, the chicken had bones hidden in it with isn't great considering it's a choking hazard (and there wasn't much chicken in this dish to begin with). I'll see what the rest is like before deciding whether to reorder, but haven't loved it so far.”
“The meal quality has decreased a lot lately. I know inflation is affecting everyone, but I would prefer if the meal sizes decreased or the cost increased rather than the current strategy which seems to be use more cheap fillers like carrot and lesser quality meat. For example the beef cheek this week so tough it was unable to be cut with a sharp steak knife. Unfortunately this has not been a one off issue. It’s very disappointing because the meals used to be great.”
“The meals were very tasty and healthy, but the portion sizes were too small for me and the price point too high. I’d need to eat almost two portions for one meal to sustain me until the next meal.”
“The food was delicious however 6 items were not delivered, Nourishd should have contacted me to advise of they were out of stock. It was only after I made contact with them that I was told and offered a refund. Has made me skeptical to re order.”
“The meals get delivered on time, which is great. Some of them are too salty to eat and I've had to throw them out. I also find the over-use of herbs and spices overwhelm the dishes.”
“Hi I find delivery a problem. I have to allocate a whole day to sit around and wait for the food to arrive.
I think the weekly roster should be four weeks rotation. I am getting bored with the food.
I wish you had soups every week as well

“The delivery day wasn't confirmed or reminded after ordering and the serving sizes were small. I ordered extra large so I could fed my 2 kids as well but had to add quite a bit to make it 3 meals”
“It took a very long time for them to finalise my order and when they did, they just gave me the meals they wanted to give me. I didn't get what I ordered originally”
“I started using nourished a year ago after the birth of my son. It was great to have some excellent yummy food that was already prepared. I tried it again recently and was really unimpressed. I remember there being more meat in some of the meals and I felt a bit gassy after many of the meals. Cancelled after a week because it just wasn’t the same”
“The food was really good, I like that there are three options for portions. I only have two complaints, one is that I ordered three juices for about $5 each and they forgot one, plus they messed up one of the orders that was supposed to have basmati rice, it had the cauliflower flower instead...and it took 2 weeks for them to send out a review follow up email. I probably won't be ordering again, unfortunately, I was really hoping there would be no issues. I guess I'm glad atleast the food was good.”
