“The food is lovely, but I would appreciate more transparency about the cost of meals and additional items after the NDIS discount is applied. As it currently stands, all I see is the total order cost and have absolutely no insight into the individual prices, beyond guesswork.
This can make it difficult to effectively budget. There also seems to have been a recent price rise, of which I was not notified. I assume that there has been a price rise, as I’m being charged around $4 extra a week for my 5 meal subscription. But, as mentioned, the lack of transparency makes it diffficult to know.”
“Fairly tasty meals and good variety. Find regular size portions to be very small though. Delivery tracking is handy, but delivery box doesn’t have great insulation and so the meals aren’t very cold by the time they arrive.”
“Delivery was very good, even sending pictures of where they placed it. Packing was good and like you can recycle delivery box.
I got a selection of gluten free meals to try first time. Happy to report no side effects so can attest to no contamination which as coeliac is very important.
Overall Texture and flavour of meals unfortunately is where it falls down. Appreciate it is ready and can just heat up but when you have worked hard, 10hr shift to get watery, minimal flavour meals, it is not satisfying.
If you can't or don't wish to cook and are coeliac in SA this is a good option as limited to no other options. If live in other states unfortunately I have had better.
Liked the menu more for week A so have ordered more to try them again to give benefit of doubt which hopefully are better.
Recommend the curries seem better for flavour, limited protein added in each meal. If this is something you require consider getting larger portion or trying elsewhere other sites that let you select protein size. Chicken had gristle and not chicken breast in 2 meals so wasn't enjoyable.
Recommend nourish'd to review primal pad Thai and sweet potato bolognase as tweaks needed to improve overall texture and flavour and consider use of other vegetables as turns to mush when heated.”
“I quite enjoyed the meals though size looked smaller than I thought. My husband on the other hand didn’t enjoy them as he said there was no flavour. You can’t please all the people all the time. I will place another order before I think about closing the account. Thank you for your efforts.”
“Nice food; not the best meal delivery I've had but still nice and clean eating. The meat quality could've been better - some fats and gristle present. I appreciate the Gluten Free (and other allergen) labelling. The use by dates were a bit short for me on my first order. I get that dates aren't able to be custom but I did get a huge bulk of meals all expiring on the same day which then means I have to freeze and the meal probably isn't as fresh/nice.”
“I do not like the new site. Ordering on a subscription is not reliable as I'm never sure if my order has been saved. Hopefully issues have been fixed. More variety in meals needed. I have been ordering for a few months and becoming bored with the meals.”

The meals taste ok, there is room for improvement.
I will not be reordering at this time.
I may try Nourishd again in the future as I hope they improve and I appreciate gluten free meals suitable for coeliacs.”
“Hi I would of given you a higher level before Christmas but I have had much trouble with the the website. All so my delivery is still coming at 430am the meals are worm and ice melted when I open them .The lady's have been helpful but nothing has changed I understand this is bad time for all and hope it will improve. The Chicken Masala was incorrectly labelled- it was beef not Chicken (can't eat red meat!)
Some weeks can't order because more meat meals than chicken or vegetarian.
But that being said - Nourishd still better than any other food provider.”
“Always love the meals, and the fact that they're all GF and real food really makes life easy.
Unfortunately this week we had an issue with our box not being delivered the first attempt- no real explanation, as access should not be an issue, and then with one fewer day to use the meals we had one meal kind of puff up inside the packaging before we could use it, and had to discard it. But generally we've had positive experience.”
“The consistency between meal rotations is lacking. Servings of the same meal type often have significant differences in the protein and vegetable portioning. So much so that the nutritional information would be entirely redundant. The quality of the proteins and vegetables is good, and the meals taste great. For the price, I would expect more consistency, especially with the protein.”
