“I've been using Nourish'd for 2 weeks now and most of the meals are delicious. My only issue is that they send you meals for 7 days with a 4 or 5 day expiration date. Meant to be eaten fresh but have to freeze half of the meals”
“Food is a sensory topic. We all participate in food usually several times each day. It’s often a meeting point and sometimes a ritual. Delivering containers of nutritious food might seem unusual. It is a very recent concept. Selecting meals on an iPhone is contemporary. The digital platform allows this to happen. Now I chose the word sensory to open my remarks. That’s because, Nourished is selecting ingredients and flavours, that amuse my palate. Cooking is a product of thinking. Anyone who settles for less will suffer for that. Health is a continuum of what we ingest. That’s fairly basic body technology. You are what you eat. Most of the time, I order the food I deserve. The flavours the colours the textures. It is what we like. In my kitchen, I use a 20” nonstick frypan, to heat up these meals. I prefer this method than microwave reheating. The washing up is quite minimal. There is almost enough variety in the offerings. Some weeks I decide not to order, but usually I like to have something easy I can have for breakfast. I recommend this service.”
“The meals are reasonably priced and they have a good range, however they don’t have the ability to remove certain ingredients in situations where participants are allergic or intolerant to them, ie capsicum in my case, which restricts my choices of meals”
“The nourished meals overall are tasty and decent portions. The staff are friendly. My main negative is that the ordering/meal selection process and online portal are not user friendly and can be frustrating to manage. There has been a recent system upgrade but they’re clearly still working out the bugs.”
“The food was great! Fresh and tasty. They only thing I would prefer is delivery on a Sunday so I could have all meals during my work week. I live in SA and delivery on Tuesday means I only have lunch Wednesday to Friday then the weekend which I don’t really need. For my lifestyle it’s not ideal but I highly rate the food!”

“Great dietary options. Delicious keto meals and low salt options for my elderly father. More tasty than shops but accept that some of the meats (off-bone or slow cooked) can be fatty (but meat around it so tasty)”

“Very good! Make sure you understand the ordering process before starting because if you aren't careful with cut off, it can create problems receiving your meals. I must be heating the meals up wrong because sometimes they're a bit cool still in places, but that's from frozen so that could be the problem. Great range of meals excellent quality meals and when ordered properly, excellent delivery service. You can't go wrong!”

“Nourishd has been a great service. I love knowing that my meals are all healthy, low sugar and gf. As there is a limited amount of meal choices each week, sometimes due to additional food sensitivities (histamine issues) I don't order. But given that there is not a single food service that can cater to histamine intolerance, it's more of a personal issue. I love that it can be a subscription or a one-off. As it's just for me, it ends up being cheaper and more convenient than having to buy all the ingredients and cook (less food waste too). They do a great job! Highly recommend.”

“They try hard to make low carb good quality meals. They are one of the very few meal providers that provide low salt options. On the negative side I feel there are quite a few meals that are a bit sloppy in texture and a lot of Cauliflower and Broccoli is used to keep the carbs low. I would prefer a bit more variety in vegetables per meal.”
