“Nice food; not the best meal delivery I've had but still nice and clean eating. The meat quality could've been better - some fats and gristle present. I appreciate the Gluten Free (and other allergen) labelling. The use by dates were a bit short for me on my first order. I get that dates aren't able to be custom but I did get a huge bulk of meals all expiring on the same day which then means I have to freeze and the meal probably isn't as fresh/nice.”
“I do not like the new site. Ordering on a subscription is not reliable as I'm never sure if my order has been saved. Hopefully issues have been fixed. More variety in meals needed. I have been ordering for a few months and becoming bored with the meals.”

“Somewhat decent meals but the ordering and website has issues coupled with poor availability of operators to solve problems. Won't be using this service again at this price unless customer service improves.”
“The new website makes ordering much harder. Good features are gone and I can't see any enhancements. If I didn't like the meals I'd have cancelled already. I'm sticking around for a while in the hope all the issues are sorted. Otherwise, there are other options.”

“Hi I would of given you a higher level before Christmas but I have had much trouble with the the website. All so my delivery is still coming at 430am the meals are worm and ice melted when I open them .The lady's have been helpful but nothing has changed I understand this is bad time for all and hope it will improve.
