Sure why not it’s only 105 in TX I’ll just keep wasting my money waiting on you to fix the third & fourth window that has failed in less then 2 yrs.”

“I ordered new windows for a new construction and the windows came in without nail fins to be properly installed. The windows were returned for repairs and after a month they came back without the frames this time and all they could say is we will have them back to you in a couple of weeks. When I paid this large amount of for my windows I thought that I would be getting professional service, if wanted this type of service I would have gone to a typical box store.”
