The packaging was excellent. Te delivery time was a little slow, but acceptable.

great price fast delivery, however package had leaked and they were slow to respond and I still donty know if product ws safe

delivery was delayed without advising me why. But when I emailed they got back to me straight away and product was then delivered promptly.

This is not directly Nutricare's fault maybe just courier choice. I was surprised that the courier dumped the package in the foyer of the apartment building right in front of the doorway. I was also home during delivery.

Placed an order over 10 days ago and still no delivery (in AKL). Sent 2 messages with no response. Called the number on the website, answered by someone who is no longer affiliated with Company (apparently still hasn't been updated by new owner?). I suggest you beware, particularly if you need something within a week!

Disappointed that the supplement I ordered was out of stock despite the website showing it was. Had to wait at least a week for the product and had to buy the same product from another supplier as an interim measure. Won’t shop here again

Poor customer service (never respond to the chat or email), very slow delivery. I ordered two bottles of probiotic and a bottle of krill oil. I ordered on 3rd of Feb but the items never arrived till I email them (they did not respond to my question but the parcel arrived on 14th of Feb). However, they sent me the probiotic only. I waited till 15th but still no parcel so left email about it. So annoying. Never happened with other online pharmacies. Surely, the price is the best (the cheapest place) but I would rather pay more if I have to deal with this poor service.

Slow postage, slow to non-existent communication at times. Seems like the products are in stock but they aren't. Took over a week for the in-stock product to arrive and four working days to process my refund of the one not in stock. Still haven't actually received it. I would never shop here again.

I ordered Resveratrol only to be told it was out of stock after I placed the order and I still haven’t received it. It should have been marked “out of stock” on the website. Very unhappy

I am so sad to say, I do a lot of online shopping, and this was the worst service I have ever encountered. Communication was TERRIBLE! I ordered 3 different products at the beginning of December and so far I have only received one. I emailed, text and rang, with no response back. Finally someone did answer his cell phone and twice I got told he would look into it and get back to me, which he never did. The Vitamins were being sent to my sons work in Ponsonby. I believe they may have arrived last Friday, but by that time he had finished work for the year, so I still do not have them. Terrible service! I have paid for products I haven't received and wont receive them until his work place opens again next year, so what am I to do? Go to a chemist and re- buy them? I feel I was treated VERY badly, and would never order anything from you again. I will also be sharing this experience with others, so they don't have to go through this terrible treatment.

I ordered 2 boxes of tumeric paid for 2 and only got 1 have only had 1 correspondence since my original email
