“order taken when out of stock but not informed had to contact about why no dispatch info given took ten days to eventually receive. only stayed with it because of good price.”

“This company was so cheap that I thought it was a scam until I read reviews. Do yourself a favour and use this company as excellent service and value. I got 200ml of 1 million parum for less than others were charging for 100ml.....superb service, you will not be disapointed. Les.”

“Had wait a little longer as was out of stock would preferred if they told me straight away wasn't untill i emailed them i found out, but didn't have to wait long just a few more days then they did get intouch to say it was on its way and when it would arrive , i would recommend and better prices than anywhere else cannot yet comment on the product its self as it's a gift but the communication was good that goes along way”

“Very dissapointing service! My order was not acknowledged or fullfilled and a week later I am still waiting for a reply to my email and phone call. You have taken my payment and I now want a refund. If you don't have the product in stock you should not advertise it as being available. You should not take payment and you should reply to customers promptly and not just leave them ' in limbo'. Will not use you again.”

“Ordered a perfume at a very good price during black Friday weekend. Got no dispatch email, I chased 3 times over a week, finally got a call back telling me they were waiting for a delivery and were behind due to black Friday. Why they went so cheap without the stock I don't know. Another few calls chasing they finally admit to still not having it and blaming suppliers, all this time still advertising this product, shockingly bad advertising, stock control and organisation. Never again”
