“Excellent Customer Service received when ordering from NVS. Plenty of communication throughout, goods were well packaged & delivered promptly. Excellent value for money with competitive prices & free unexpected samples. A fabulous choice to order from delighted with my purchase & will order again when required. I would also recommend NVS. “I am always very pleased with the service and staff at NVS Pharmacy. Care must be taken when choosing colours and box top colours with Clarins brand are not accurate. It's best to go to a store which sells it and try for yourself.”

“Have used NVS pharmacy previously with good results, however on this occasion- am disappointed. I only received 75% of my order and would have preferred to receive x2 conditioners and 1x shampoo. I still require the outstanding conditioner 🥲”

“Delivery of perfume was a little later than expected but on contacting there excellent customer service team they explained a problem with delivery of the item and promptly offered me a refund if I wanted one but I decided to wait and I'm so happy I did, very happy with my perfume, great value for money too. Will definitely order from them again.”

“Had a delay problem but kept me informed straight away, offered solutions and when the item did come (about a week after estimated arrival) they gave free samples. An amazing business which I would order from again.”
