“Despite confusion over spray vs. splash perfume , NVS actually called me offering several options including a full refund . I opted for a smaller bottle and half refund . NVS kindly added some free samples . Excellent .”

“I have bought from NVS Pharmacy for some years now and the service has never failed to impress. I particularly like the help offered when items are in short supply, or other issues. Staff clearly aim to please and enjoy their work. After a short shutdown while they relocated, they are back up to speed, with a new website that looks better than it did before, and the same huge choice of products. If you are looking for a pharmacy-related item, look at NVS before you go elsewhere.”

I received a call to let me know that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, which I really appreciated – it’s great to be kept informed rather than just finding out later. They were polite, and helpful on the phone. As a lovely surprise, they also included some samples in my order. Such a thoughtful touch! Very happy with the service and would definitely order again.”
