“Ordered a Clarins product that was out of stock at Clarind, John Lewis, and Boots. Arrived in days as promised. Great service and value for money. The free samples were lovely too. Well done NVS. Now will be first port of call.”

“I ordered 2 Clarins items, at good prices, then later in the day phoned to see if I could add another product to the same order. My request was dealt with efficiently, and without any fuss. The order arrived very quickly - within 2 days of submitting the order. Included in it was a gift item - another Clarins product! Altogether a positive and pleasant experience - will use NVS again.”
