“After a slight hiccup in NVS getting the stock required, the ordered products were dispatched and arrived in good condition. The customer service, when I called them to enquire about the delay was excellent, but it did take a call from me to establish what the delay was about, rather than the company, off its own bat, advising me of it. I will nevertheless definitely use NVS again.”

“Happy to get 20% off on my favourite brand! Royal Mail is the best delivery company. The delivery fee is worth it. I purchased six skin care products and they sent me a nice beauty pouch. No samples though. Thank you NVS.”
