“Ordered Clarins product as Xmas gift for wife. Despite postal strike, it arrived in time, well protected and intact and better value than going through High St. Would recommend and use again.”

“Great to order, easy website but let down terribly by their delivery. They quote 6 days but mine was 9 days znd I missed my wifes birthday. Had to go to Boots snd get an emergency gift, at great expense. Sorry, I know. You can’t control the post. But you can offer much faster delivery than 6 working days. Next time I will go to John Lewis snd pay a bit extra. Good old John Lewis.”

“I have dealt with this company for a while now, they are very professional, letting you know when the order has been received, shipped and who with giving a tracking number, always well packaged and comes with a free gift, well done, I will always them again. Only late delivery late this time because of the postal strike.”

“Excellent first time ordered from NVS great price on Clarins delivery was slow but not the fault of NVS this is due to Royal Mail strikes. Will use NVS from now on !”

“Absolute rubbish! I ordered items two weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived, I’ve emailed but no response from NVS We all know about the postal strikes so just use a more reliable carrier Probably wouldn’t order from this company again, quick to take payment but no customer service!”
