“The agents at Oakwood estates I dealt with (Hayley and Lucinda) have been just fantastic. They not only have been always available and tried to satisfy each of our requests but showed to be committed and always careful to our needs and thoughts. I could not expect anything better. If you want an almost-strees-free relocation, Oakwood Estates it's what you need”

“I found Oakwood Estates through a recommendation from a friend who had also sold his property through them. A very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable team provided a great service from start to completion. Once i had accepted the offer Nigel was invaluable in keeping the process moving and ensuring all the parties were actively progressing the sale. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“Oakwood Estates in Datchet are a dedicated, hard working, Professional team, lead by Edward, who really care about the customer. Their extended working hours are focused on the customer, for buyers as well as sellers. Once the offer came through, I thought it would be easy but no, there were a number of challenges with the buyer and their mortgage. Nigel used his network of contacts, which he has established over 10 years and his personable nature, to help everyone, by answering queries, provided guidance to the buyer, buyer's financial advisor, and buyer's solicitor which resulted in at speed progress to exchange of contracts. At the time, I found this stressful, Nigel kept me up to date with regular emails, or calls, always a step ahead to keep things moving which made the difference and we did exchange contracts to conclude the sale. Selling, buying and moving house is a stressful time and I would recommend Oakwood Estates to make this happen. Miss. B. Gill”

“I recently sold my business through Oakwood Estates, after a year of being on the market with another agent I changed to Oakwood who within two months had three offers for me. I was delighted with a quick professional sell. I found it very helpful to use an agent open 7 days a week. Oakwood estates gave me a fantastic service , always returning my calls and got the transaction completed without stress. Thank you”

“We are renting but are looking to move out soon so people are coming to view the flat. Problem is a few weeks back a viewing was cancelled, except no one told us. We let it go. Then a second time there was a cancellation, again we were not told by the estate agent that no one is coming. We still let it go. Week before last we got a call at about 5 saying are we still OK for the 6 o'clock appointment. Guess what, that was the first we heard of it. Again we let it go. Today we got a call asking if we were OK with a viewing at a time when we would not be at home. We said we were not. These guys brilliant as they are decided to tell us that actually by law they can come when we are not in - WE DON'T REALLY HAVE A CHOICE. So yes we have people coming to view our flat when we are not at home even though we told them we would prefer to be home. On this end the service is ridiculous.”

“The Agent is just worried about the money. My whole room was moldy and full of water and I got no single answer from the agency (I attached pics of the problem for clearance) thanks the landlady took care of the problem and moved me into a different room. I got answer from agent for other matters, all related to maney, but no answers or anything for this yet.”

“From the very start, they gave me sound advice on choosing accommodation that would suit my needs. They were very helpful when setting up the tenancy agreement, and for the duration of my tenancy they have been very respectful of my privacy and quick to act when I had issues. Renting with Oakwood Estates has been a very enjoyable experience, and If I ever need to find accommodation in the area again, Oakwood Estates will be the first place I look.”

“Totally professional. As a new tenant and a landlord with Oakwood Estates, I have found the experience to be very daunting. However the service with Oakwood has been great. They put you at ease and are quick to answer my queries. So far they have shown a great understanding and knowledge from both sides of the bitcoin from letting out my property as well as finding us a property to rent. Oakwood are in early stages of managing my property and I trust fully that they have the best interests of both myself and my tenants in mind in what ever they do.”

“Oakwood surprised me with their professionalism and efficiency. I decided to give them a try after some of the bigger players struggled to find my new tenant. I have found them as individuals, to be superb and in particular they have dealt with and resolved a particularly difficult tenant situation incredibly well. Again, they have just placed my new tenant and I can recommend Tim, Callum and the Oakwood team without hesitation. Try them out - You will not be disappointed.”
