“ Terrible customer service. Bedroom cabinet arrived damaged. They tried to persuade me to accept it, for a discount. I refused. Eventually they sent a replacement. No apologies given. Still waiting for them to collect the damaged item. Customer services are slow or non-existent. Do not use the company!! ”

“ Sad I had to give one star, customer service is awful, ive a damaged coffee table in a damaged box ( in hindsight I should not have taken delivery of it at all) and my emails are falling on deaf ears! I was asked to send photos which I did straight away, and they keep saying they haven't recieved them, ive sent same photos to two other email addresses and no issues it feels like they are fobbing me off..fuming and would never recommend ”
