No info about that you have to pay customs declaration fee and an extra handling fee. give the impression of being a Swedish company but they do not understand or respond in the Swedish language.
This is company I would never recommend anyone doing business with. Do stay away!

“Since the oasis was taken over by boohoo the quality, design and size have dropped a lot. Cheap materials, cheap design and wrong size. It is NOT what it was and it is now like Primark. I am so disappointed such a good brand has been ruined.”

As a lot of others before the take over I used to spend thousands £ each year with oasis , loved the beautiful dresses, coats , tops & jeans it was probably the main brand I used. This was my first purchase since the take over and I can honestly say the other reviews are not wrong not only is the quality of the dress absolutely awful cheap material and poorly made. The dress I received had obviously been returned it was screwed in to a ball as it’s velvet this has completely damaged the material it was also covered in make up ! When I contacted them they ignored my comments about quality control and told me I can return at my own expense and expect a refund in 15 days . Please be aware and think before buying as I’m sure the dress I have will be sent to another poor unsuspecting customer when returned . Such a shame boohoo have completely ruined the oasis brand I will never be buying from there again”
“As a woman in her 40s who doesn’t want to look like mutton dressed as lamb or like a middle-aged frump, Oasis and Warehouse used to strike the right balance. Their clothes were not cheap but not overly expensive, good quality and had a classic styling with some beautiful prints. Sadly this has all gone with the BooHoo takeover. Rubbish quality, sizes all over the place. Where have the designers gone? I’m stuck for somewhere to shop now. Just keep wearing the old stuff that is still wearing well, unlike the new!”

Oasis and warehouse used to be my go to clothing brands. Since it’s been taken over the sizes are all over the place and quality of clothing is terrible. Very cheap. If you were to stand near a naked flame you would set on fire in these clothes.
I ordered 3 dresses and a top and every item is going back dresses are enormous and top too small. Cheap quality products. I would say now New look is better quality and this was never the case before oasis and warehouse were taken over.
I bought a black and white sporty dress from oasis in the summer and did keep it. But having Washed it once all the colour has come out and I won’t be able to wear it again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!”
“Cheap tacky clothes made out of horrendous material. Boohoo have absolutely ruined this brand. Clothes would look cheap on a market stall. After spending hundreds a year with the old oasis brand I’ve now deleted the app and won’t be buying again as anything I have ordered I’ve sent back.”

Can tell Boohoo now owns this brand! I ordered one dress and three coats...every item returned. I wouldn't pay £20 for these clothes at a market stall! One coat should have been £119 - see pic of the seams. The dress I bought for a wedding is completely see through - see pic! It was basically the CHEAPEST tat ever! Wouldn't keep the items if they were given to me for free.
I'm actually offended by the order - it is THAT BAD! Very poor quality - so poor, that I'm currently arguing a refund of the delivery as the items I received are NOTHING like the pictures! I've always refused to buy from Boohoo as everything is tacky and cheap. Now they've ruined a once amazing, high end brand!

Firstly i ordered a coat was advised on the sizing that a large was a 12 to 14 when i recieved it it was massive then ordered another in a 12 on friday i paid 5.99 for precise delivery i opted for saturday to just find out its now coming monday. I also ordered a dress which came friday and when it came it was a top not a dress i talked to someone on WhatsApp they said basically to send it back so now ive ordered the dress it should be coming saturday but who knows. I go away thursday and havent got the money or energy to look elsewhere
The quality of the products are very poor compared to how they used to be. I just want my garment then i will never shop with these again hopefully i will recieve my refunds but after reading the reviews im no hopeful”
“Shocking quality. Purchased 8 items and returned 8 items due to poor quality. Used to be my go to shop on the high street but since it was taken over, the quality of their clothing, cuts, fabric etc has all gone down the pan. I will absolutely not be buying anything else from there. Shame I still have unlimited delivery. Very sad to see them go.”

Terrible service. The refund is still processing and taking ages. The one items that has arrived it okay, but the sizing is quite small.”

A dress I ordered was huge on the waist and too tight around the bust and arms and a size 12 top I could just about get over my head. The clothes are tat with an oasis label. Such a pity. What's happened to the original oasis designers?”
“So disappointed with oasis since it was taken over last year! The quality of clothes is terrible and not worth the money. I bought a jumper, which usually from oasis will last ages and lots of washes, this one no such luck. Buttons feel of sleeves and they were plastic anyway so metal wore off after couple wears. Their sizes are ridiculously too small as well! I had to return baggy style joggers because for one I couldn't even get them over my thighs (I’m a size 10 and ordered a 10) and I returned mid rise stretch jeans - calling them mid rise was a stretch (excuse the pun) as I couldn’t get them past my lower belly never mind button them up to be a mid rise (I’d say 2 inches out!) so according to oasis sizing I’m a 14! To be honest I would have returned them even if they did fit, because the quality was so shocking for £60! I have a pair of oasis jeans from couple years ago that are a 10 and still fit fine - says it all!”
“I’ve recently made an order with Oasis for some open toed sandals, I’m heavily pregnant and have realised none of my shoes fit. I can’t get to a shop so relied on my order coming next day as I chose and paid for at the time of ordering. My baby is due any day now and I don’t have shoes to wear. The order didn’t arrive and they are claiming this is because I chose DPD named delivery day and chose a day four days after the order!!! Notably for the same price of £5.99! I know I didn’t do this and feel I’ve been scammed before the order even arrives. On contacting them via WhatsApp I received a message from Lau saying along the lines of, you chose this when you ordered so we don’t have to do anything. Honestly absurd!”

I didn’t want to give this one star. I can not say this clearly enough. Unless you want to be stressed and over £100 out of pocket DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! Terrible terrible customer service. No telephone number and very slow email response. Also tell you the same thing over and over again. They have confirmed they got my return and that I am entitled to a refund but 6 weeks later…….where is it Oasis??”
“I ordered the 'stone linen look' jacket in a size 16 which is a size larger than that which I usually buy. I did so as I'd heard oasis garments are sometimes badly sized. The jacket arrived scrunched up in a small polythene bag, creased beyond recognition. When I measured it I found it to be more like a size 12. Obviously it did not fit. The material is not at all like linen either in quality or 'look'. It is, in my opinion, cheap looking and badly made. Needless to say it's being returned pronto.”
