“Website is always half assed. There is no help offered and the verification process TAKES 24hours - 5 days. When you email or send in a ticket you get people that email you back automatic responses they aren't actually there to help you. I was asked to send in my ID and credit card details twice. How does that make any sense if I sent it the first time how would the second time change.”
