“After email exchange with Customer Service, I decided to cancel my order as they weren't able to confirm it directly even when paid with Paypal and after providing them with all documentation required!!!! They claim to have Live Chat but guess what? THEY DON´T HAVE LIVE CHAT!! What a HUGE disappointment to something which could have been an easy straight forward transaction. Also, answering a query under 1 hour is NOT the same as RESOLVING a query, Shame on you!”

“Takes so long to do online banking after username and password, even with through using another web browser to checkout (Internet Explorer/Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox). Even clear your browser's cache and cookie. The normal online payment for mastercard need that stupid verification feature which go against our privacy and very troublesome. Cannot refund the money if we make a mistake or the code has an error. Lousy customer support and service as though there is nothing they can do about it and very mood tone when speaking to me. Horrible customer service. Gift card no discount and due to exchange rate, its so expensive.”

My card was fraudulently used on their site to buy gift cards, I emailed them showing proof that my card was fraudulently used and that the person using my card didn't use my name! They said they can't refund me per their return policy! That's all good and well if I actually bought the cards from you if my card was fraudulently used what has a return policy got to do with anything! They are scammers but my bank will get my funds back and they will have to pay a chargeback fee too.”

“Unreal. Went to buy a card, used paypal, and they said that there was an issue with my method used, and I needed to get verified by sending in my drivers license, etc. Nope, no way. Asked for a refund. They came back and said it would take 3-5 days. That's quite funny, as they already took the money out of my account instantly.”
