“ I PLACED AN ORDER AND WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE IT ON THE DELIVERY DATE, I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE ITEMS WERE RETURNED AND THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHY BUT THEY RESHIPPED THEM. ”

“ They only offer a 3 day window for the return. Purchased paper and just opened the ream two weeks after delivery. The paper is supposed to be 8.5"x11", but it was clearly cut larger by the manufacturer. This product is unable to be bound with other paper rendering it useless. Simply put, their return policy for a defective product is completely unacceptable. Many other online options out there with better customer service. ”
