“ They sent the wrong item and I contacted customer service. Their emails were all about questioning me about the return (proof of bar codes, upc codes and finally screenshots of the box and product. I will not purchase from a company who is poor in customer service. They made it out that I was wrong not them. No apologies whatsoever. It took several days for a response. ”
