“The instructions on the website differed from the printed instructions for taking the test. We had to take fresh tests at the airport at additional expense. Greater clarity is essential.”
“The materials were well packaged and the instructions clear. They arrived quickly. But the uploading of video of the test was a nightmare on the app and the website. The app slightly better than the website. When it wrongly rejected a video for wrong technique. As a result had to use another test. Once results were eventually successfully uploaded the certificate came very quickly
And the tests we ordered for the Day 2 testing arrived without the correct codes. We did not know this until filling in the PLF abroad. As a result a last minute panic to order new tests from a different supplier in order to get the right codes. Waste of time, money and energy

“We ordered two tests. We had a problem recording the video (using an iPad) with the first test and were unable to submit a video on our first attempt. There is no way of submitting a second recording so unless you get it right first time, your test will be rejected.”
