My results never came back, my partner's the day after we were due to fly out. (4days after submitting the tests!!!!)
This caused us to miss our flight.
Costumer service attendant Suzi was extremely rude and kept repeating the same sentence treating us like we were stupid.
They are denying us the refund!!

“Where do I even start! If you need your test in a hurry then do not believe the lies from this company as you will not get your test within 24hrs as they claim! Instead, mine came 4 days later. When I asked for a refund I was told that it was not their issue and no refund will be given. THEN I put a review on Trust Pilot and they had the audacity to ask trust pilot to remove so they could cover up their lie. Evidence has been sent to Trust Pilot to ensure this stays on to avoid others being scammed.
Stay away from these cowboys!”
“They told me straight away that that test could not be sent due to hot weather so I said please cancel then. They replied say too late it was sent so I instantly responded telling them they had obviously not sent it as they had just admitted it??
Many emails requesting refund but dreadful robotic responses. Avoid- scam company!!

“I have tried and tried to cancel an appointment. You can't do it. In fact, you can't even change it. The appointment is over a month away.
No one at this questionable place answers or responds to ANY messages.
Use a different lab. They have taken 70 British pounds from me for 2 in-clinic Covid tests. If you have to change or cancel they will simply ignore you and keep your money.
This is one more example of a company trying to profit off a pandemic.”

“just a disgusting attitude towards customers, I don’t recommend this company because they have a good rating on the site, but in fact it’s better not to buy anything, I bought a test from them on Friday, came on Tuesday at lunchtime, and then I wrote to them on Monday, it seems to me that they would not have remembered what I need to send, because after my message I immediately received confirmation that my test was ready to be sent. I have been writing to them since Tuesday and asking when should I do the test and send to get an answer on Sunday, they sent an automatic letter, without any specifics .. “There were no instructions to register the test in the test kit, just a card to fill out. The results were then sent to the wrong email address resulting in my operation being called and losing hundreds of pounds. No response to my complaint via email and I can't seem to find an address for them.”
“As many people on here attest, this is not a reliable service. Despite the promise of next day delivery, the test did not materialise, instead arriving a day later. Understandably I panicked, having an expensive plane ticket to the USA on the line. So of course I booked another test with another provider and requested a refund. Refund was refused - I was told the late delivery was the courier's fault, but that's not good enough: that is Official Rapid Tests absolving itself of any responsibility for false advertising. The key point here is that Official Rapid Tests is misleading customers by presenting itself as a next day delivery test provider when this is not guaranteed. Why? Because they want your money, and offering next day delivery sets them apart from more ethical providers who quite rightly do not guarantee something they know they may not be able to deliver. The conclusion is that essentially this is a dishonest company who care more about your money than your distress or the damage that may be done to your travel plans. Avoid at all costs and choose an airline-recommended service instead.”

“Certificate Wouldn't Open. No Help Given For 3 DaysI purchased a Fitness to Fly Test for both my Wife and I. These have to be taken, and the Negative Test Certificate obtained within the 24 hours before landing in the holiday destination. In our case that was within 24 hours before 5:35 pm on a Saturday. We were unable to open my Wife's Certificate and made contact with Official Rapid Tests' only supplied means of contact, an email address. Official Rapid Tests did not reply to my email appealing for help for 3 days. I emailed them on the Friday as soon as the problem became apparent. - The did not respond until the Monday which meant that I did not receive my Wife's Finess to Fly Test Certificate until 2 and a half days after the time that it was required. Official Rapid Tests have emailed me admitting that they don't work weekends!!!! They do not tell you this when you buy a Test from them! Emails continue to be exchanged with them, but all that they are doing now, is repeating that their labs operate 24/7. - They may, but if you have a weekend flight and have a problem with opening a Certificate, Official Rapid Tests have admitted that they don't work weekends!!!!!”
“The site states "Next day delivery when ordered before 4pm on a weekday". I ordered on a Tuesday at 1am, it did not arrive until Thursday @ 12:30pm. It was too late for my trip and therefore wasted money. Their email service is poor as they simply state, once the package leaves their warehouse they are no longer responsible. If this is the case, remove the next day delivery guarantee from the website. If you intend to use them, then allow 2-3 days for arrival otherwise avoid.”
“Avoid at all costs. They dispatched my pre-departure test to return to the UK late and so it did not arrive on time before my travels (even though I ordered it 4 days in advance with same day dispatch and next day delivery). Their customer service is awful, they avoid taking any responsibility and blame Royal Mail for Official Rapid Tests' own late dispatch. It doesn't matter if they break their own terms and conditions, they insist that it is no fault of their own. I wasn't able to receive a refund or even a voucher/discount for future orders. Total waste of money”
“It happened twice already with this organization that something went wrong: 1. Two test never arrived, and we didn’t get response on our email so we had to go to the other part of the city to get a very expensive speedy test just before our flight. 2. Just received an order for another flight but without the register form. Now I need to go for a speedy test tomorrow again.”
“The test is not useful for returning to the UK as it is not authorized for 2nd day test. It’s not useful for boarding a plane abroad, if a test is required, as this test is not shipped abroad. The claim that the test can be used by people returning to the UK is bogus. I paid but didn’t use the test.”
“We did not get our codes to enter on the Uk locator form as a result caused a lot of stress bee test had to be ordered from a different company whilst abroad at an extra cost.”
“Absolutely terrible! No delivery, no contact detail apart from a general mail, track and trace was giving an error. Denied refund for a service that was not provided. Not only had to book a new more expensive test last minute at another company, but also needed to travel to this last minute location and missed our theatre show because of that. If you want to get your test deliverd and have a stress-free journey, don't order here.”
