“Very disappointing service, promised next day delivery and didn't receive test even tho i ordered 2 days before it was needed. Requested refund and been told it's royal mail fault even tho it still hasn't been despatched @1600 on the day i should have receive it before 1400hrs...
The same day I should have receive the parcel @13:11 I received confirmation email from the Official Rapid Tests that my parcel is on it's way, still blaming it on royal mail that i didn't receive by 2pm that day... really?
Where's my money? What you don't understand, how can it not be your fault that I did not receive it on time. JOKE!!!

“Do not use! Their ‘guarantee’s’ of getting the test to you by the next day mean nothing, nor do they know the meaning of customer service. They broke the customer ‘contract’ when the test didn’t arrive for 2.5 days, ie very late the day before our early morning flight. By that time, and after reporting this to them, we had given up and had to fork out for another emergency walk in test or we wouldn’t have been able to board our flight. I appealed for a refund. Got a stick standard response, appealed again and offered to return their newly-arrived test unopened - didn’t hear back from them. Complete waste of money and they’re happy to take it off you!!! Appalling!”
“Website is very unclear about what actual test set is sufficient for your needs ( travel destination/ or else).
Instruction on ' How to perform ' the test not clear .
NO short notice support when needs urgently .Test results could be unreliable due to this.

“The verification email never came through, tried this process several times so couldn’t verify the email address to register for an account to record the test. Still waiting for a refund… and a response.”
“Kit dispatched within 24 hours but not received for 72 hours - subsequently not used for the trip they were purchased for. Rapid Tests had no comment saying that we agreed to their T&C’s when we purchased the kit. Rubbish service by a company taking advantage of terrible situation for most. Avoid them.”

Understand if dispatched , but come on it was ordered on a Sunday and request to cancel straight away once realised not a supervised treatment , not impressed”
