“Easy to order online. SUPER quick delivery considering our address is a rural address. (Arrived within 2 days - ordered Wednesday afternoon, delivered to our farm gate Friday). Some very nice goodies in the hamper. Quite expensive in hindsight, but still very happy to have these on hand for unexpected Christmas guests who might visit.”

Thank you for your order through Oh Goodie Susan, I am so pleased that your gift was enjoyed for Christmas. Regarding your concern about the delivery of your gift, I wanted to clarify. Your order was placed after the cut-off time for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. We had notifications all over the website alerting customers that the cut-off period had expired but that we were sending gifts out as fast as possible to still get as many under the Christmas tree. The notifications were also advising that couriers were experiencing delays due to high demand. It is for these reasons we sent your gift out with extra time to spare to allow for possible delays. Our main concern was to give your gift the best chance to arrive in time for Christmas, which I am pleased it did. I am sorry this did not meet your expectations.

“Used forthe 1st time for a Mother’s Day gift. Delivered on the Monday after but I didn’t order till Thursday so understandable. My Mum was super happy and said the presentation was beautiful (in fact she said “make more you give them a good review” and like the good daughter I am, that’s what I’m doing😊”

“My friend was very delighted with his Baileys, chocolate and coffee gift but I am disappointed that it took 8 days to get from Auckland to central Dunedin. Granted there was Anzac Day in between”

Suzie thank you for your feedback. I am delighted that your friend enjoyed their gift. I do understand your disappointment with the delivery times, having selected economy delivery to the South Island your gift should have taken up to 3 working days. Unfortunately despite our best efforts to ensure quick delivery, you would have seen on our website as well as an email communication that there are current courier delays due to Covid causing reduced courier staff. In addition, as you mention, there were public holidays that impacted the delivery of your gift. In saying this, I do understand that these delays can be upsetting and I apologize on behalf of our courier partners for the impact it had on your gift delivery.

“Box was BEAUTIFUL but still masculine (got the men box). Really well presented and amazing care put in! They didn’t tell me that it had been sent though which was confusing. But it arrived when it was meant to.”

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased that the gift was well-received. Automated emails are sent throughout the process, from the time orders are confirmed, had a tracking number attached and then to the time gifts are delivered. I can only imagine that perhaps an email or two landed in your spam or similar. I am glad your gift arrived on time though.

“Difficult to write a review when I wasn’t the one to receive the gift. Ordering was easy, personlisation was easy. The recipient loved her gift. I had no idea how much the individual items cost, the recipient had no idea how much I paid. But we were both happy.”
