The box ordered was nicely presented, and, importantly arrived on time. For the price the contents were less than anticipated. Not sure if I would use again.

Expected wine to be more expensive Those bottles only cost around $30 each And didn’t include the flash looking chocolates shown in picture Would not buy again ever

Thank you for taking time to place a review. The wine included is shown in the gift. Based on my records it would appear that you received the exact wine as shown but if not and you believe there was an error please get in touch. Regarding the chocolate, you requested that we change the chocolate. On your order you requested that we swap out the chocolate for a Happy Birthday Message Chocolate which we did. I am sorry that you feel that the gift did not live up to your expectations.

Great website, easy to order and great selection. I didnt receive an email to confirm delivery and had to email the company a day later to confirm delivery was actually made, found this a bit frustrating.

My gift arrived an my daughter was thrilled, I however was not so thrilled as I thought that when I asked for a bottle of wine to be included, I thought it was additional to that on the picture. Yes I should have read the fine print... I just think the cost was a bit much once I found out there was only one bottle of wine included.

I am so sorry that you felt this way. As we spoke about at the time. The gift either included or excluded wine. Your gift at $205 included a bottle of wine valued at $35, a book valued at $55 as well as other premium products eg. the Santosa Spray valued at $25, the Pana Balls at $12, the Soap at $10 plus the other products / components within the gift valued at roughly $40 as well as the gift packaging and then the cost for us to package your gift up and to still be profitable. As mentioned to you over the phone, we offer quality products and do not supplement these for lower value products. We aim to provide high quality without surcharge prices. I am sorry that you felt that you felt the gift was too pricey but if you look at the values here, you can see that we are not surcharging. Our margins are very low for what we are offering.

Good product but I did pay an extra $5:00 for delivery before 10:30 am, I must have misunderstood as delivery was before 10:30 pm

Thank you for your feedback Rick. As mentioned in my email, I am sorry that you misunderstood the shipping options. You had selected same-day delivery for gifts purchased before 10:30am. We are unable to guarantee a delivery time as it always is dependent on the volume that the couriers are working with on any given day.

Unfortunately the package I ordered didn’t get delivered on time. When I followed up it turns out this was the fault of the courier company unfortunately. However the response was quick and a new package delivered the following day. Thanks for the quick response, really appreciate the excellent customer service.

A good gift bag, however, your website needs to be simpler in differentiating between the sender and the recipient. (I keep getting e-mails from you addressed to the person I sent the gift to!) Paul Koorey (sender)

Thank you for your review Paul. I am sorry that you felt that our service was not up to standard. To clarify though, your details were not provided on your order (other than your email address), you selected that the recipient details were the same as the billing details. Therefore the name of the recipient was used for all communications. I am pleased though that the gift was received in good time before Christmas and that the gift was good.

I've booked this to be delivered just before Christmas. So I can't comment on the quality of the hamper. I'm hoping that it will arrive on the selected date, as soon as I placed the order I got a message about possible disruption to the courier service. So it hasn't given me a great deal of confidence. I will keep you posted.

Hi Julie, Thank you for your order through Oh Goodie. I am sorry that the email you received made you feel less confident. As mentioned in the subsequent email sent to you, at that time there had been delays with the couriers due to some upgrades they were completing in their depot. The initial email sent to you was to inform you that we were taking possible delays into account and could send your gift out with an extra day or two to spare to allow for this, which may in turn have resulted in your gift arriving a day early.
