“Was expecting a 700ml bottle of Baileys, would have liked to be contacted about that change to 200ml bottles, but all in all recipicent was happy, would also be nice if deliveries could be made in the weekends. Thanks”

“Service great, except didn’t note that the recipient was required to sign for it, so as they wasn’t home, the gift got resent next day by post. It’s not a surprise if I have to advise the receiver to be around for the postie! Otherwise, great gift , and birthday couple delighted thanks.”

“Service was great - only problem was that the recipient was not home when the package was delivered! NZ Post left the appropriate message and the pick up will probably be made tomorrow.”

“Your service was very good; the gift was delivered on my daughter's birthday....but she works, so it was taken back to Kaitaia and she may not be able to get it before next week. This is really disappointing as she has authorised all parcels to be left at the front door. I was unaware that it would require a signature.”

“Excellent product and very delicious, according to my mother for her birthday and Mother’s Day present. Requested it to be delivered on Tuesday 16th May to coincide with these dates, however was let down with delivery occurring the day after. That is really the only negative on this as the product was A-class and I think excellent value for money”

I am so glad that your gift was gratefully received Meraud. The below email was sent to you three days prior to your requested gift delivery date. We were doing all we could to ensure gifts were delivered on or before the requested delivery dates, especially with the courier delays as well as the flood weather conditions. I am sorry that this did not meet your expectations: "Thank you for your order through Oh Goodie. We have been notified by the couriers to expect possible delays due to increased demand as we head closer to Mother’s Day. For this reason, we have made the decision to send your gift out with a little extra time to spare and will be shipping your gift out today. This may result in your gift arriving early; however, our intention is to have it arrive in time for your requested delivery date. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch."

“Gift box order placed and delivery requested three days later. My intent was to celebrate my sisters retirement and birthday. My sister was delighted with the gift box when it eventually was received.”

Gary thank you for your order and feedback. I can see that your gift purchase was set for economy shipping which takes 2-3 working days. Your gift had attempted delivery within this timeframe but there was no one home to sign for it, so a calling card was left to arrange collection or redelivery. I see that your gift was collected from the depot. I am sorry that it would appear that the gift was not able to be received as no one was home has impacted your feedback but am glad that your gift was well received and enjoyed.

“I ordered 3 x Easter parcels for my adult son, his partner and my daughter who all reside in the Mainland. The packages arrived on time, in pristine condition and they all loved them, so thank you Oh Goodie for providing a wonderful and supreme service. Will be using you again. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your gift. I see you purchased the gift late afternoon of the 31st January. We would have only processed it on the 1st February. I see you selected economy delivery which stipulates 2-3 working days for delivery (once shipped). There were unfortunately adverse weather conditions that caused some delivery delays as we noted on our website. I am sorry that the delay was a disappointment, we sent the gift out the very same day that we processed your order in an attempt to get it delivered as soon as we possibly could. I am pleased that you felt the products and selection were great.
