“Difficult to write a review when I wasn’t the one to receive the gift. Ordering was easy, personlisation was easy. The recipient loved her gift. I had no idea how much the individual items cost, the recipient had no idea how much I paid. But we were both happy.”

“This was the first time I had used Oh Goodie and Catherine did not let me down. She came back with numerous options to suit my objective and managed the delivery to all 75 of my staff incredibly closely, managing courier delays because of COVID and re-deliveries due to address changes. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!!!”

“The gift pack I ordered was for my son. There were a few hick ups with the couriers, no fault of Oh Goodie’s and Catherine went above and beyond to help resolve the issues. I can not recommend Catherine and her team high enough for customer service. The gift was lovely and my son really enjoyed it. I will be using this company again.”

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for your experience. Unfortunately as mentioned on our website, there are currently courier delays due to level 2 & 3 restrictions. It is unfortunate that your gift was impacted by these. I believe though that it had since had attempted delivery and the team offered to resend a second gift to a new location for you. Looking into it I can see the original gift has had a redirection and is currently being processed. We are here to help if you need anything further. Again, I am sorry for your experience and that these delays impacted your gift.
