“I went instore to get a jumper and the worker was very helpful and kind, i got the worng size though so i went back the next day to exchange it and they helped me find the right size, try it on and replace the old one.”

“Very happy with my Okanui purchases! Was initially kind of a nostalgic browse around the store for me having wanted a pair of Okanui's as a child but so impressed by the range and quality I ended up with several pairs for myself, daughter and partner! “Love the products. Great shorts and love the T shirts. I would say the sizing runs a bit larger than usual when compated to other brands. Of the two Large T shirts one fitted well and the other ran a bit large. I'm often an XL in shorts in other brands but I found the L to be a comfortable fit.”

“Always pop into the Port Douglas store and 9/10 find something to buy!. Love the loose pink and white shirts. All the pink! Service and welcome can be a bit hit and miss, its hard in a small store to hit that balance i get that. But LOVE the brand.”

“I've now purchased a number of items, all of excellent quality and returns to get the perfect size was an easy and inexpensive process. One package went temporarily missing due to a postal mistake and Okanui acknowledged my predicament and offered support. Overall, I'd purchase again”
