“I purchased 3 pair of your walk shorts a few years ago for my husband - he has been wearing them everyday since and he loves them. I ordered two more pairs of what I thought were the same shorts but apparently you have changed them. The shorts I received were about 3" longer and the elastic in tfhe waist was nothing like in the shorts we purchased previously. The elastic in the original shorts is still as good as the day we purchased them but I believe the elastic in the new ones is nowhere near as good and I don't believe it will last anywhere near as long. Quite frankly for the price they are now I would be expecting much better quality. Very disappointed in the product I received.”

Looking at your order history, it turns out there was a quick mix-up in styles. Your original pairs were our Castaway short, while your latest order was the Odyssey short. The Odyssey is a different cut—it's 3 inches longer and made with a cotton-spandex blend for a stretch-relaxed fit, which accounts for the difference in the waist and length. While the Castaway is currently unavailable, we are releasing a brand new and improved version this November that we're confident your husband will love! “No receipt issued and goods not covered for return or refund with out a docket. Only docket available is via email . My father doesn’t have an email so has had to use mine. You sent this email and still no receipt , no doubt now I will be spammed by you . Pretty poor service.”
