“I was very disappointed when I received my goods this time around, which is sad because I've been a huge ambassador for Okanui for many years. You can see on my bills I've spent a lot of money there every single year. This time, I ordered one pair of pink swimming shorts, XL, and they fit perfectly. The golf shorts, which are also XL, are too small and too tight. How can shorts that are the same size be so different? I was also hit with a 57% tax on receiving my goods. I believe it's the company's responsibility to know what these imposed taxes are going to be and to let the customers know. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping at Okanui again.”

“If you are above a C cup, buy the XXL. If you are an DD or larger, don't even bother. I followed the size chart and was instructed to select the size Large. I returned it immediately. Even the XL was too small to cover myself properly. (36D 40 inches for reference) By the time I realized and left the review to help other women, the XXL was sold out. The shipping was quick. I like the prints. The orange and yellow looking hibiscus print is not orange at all. it is ketchup and mustard colors and the print was grainy. I did not like that. The pink and orange color was not grainy.”

“The size guide is way off. I am 6' 3" with a 46-inch chest and a 38-inch waist, so I ordered 3XL (45.7-47.2-inch chest) per the guide. T-shirts were huge. Next order, I tried 2XL (43.7-45.3-inch chest). Still at least one size too big.”

“I thought I was buying both parts of the bikini. It turned out that I only ordered the bottom. I tried to order the top also but you are sold out. I hope that you will be getting a new batch of the tops because I love the bottom.”

“Hi Okanui. Love your gear. I wear almost exclusively. If you ever start up a line of Jockanuis and Sockanuis I won't ever have to shop elsewhere for clothes. Only reason review was starred down this time is that when I bought my wife 2 pairs of skins lately, she told me they were on special. I didn't get the discount as I'd already ordered and paid. For the less tech savvy amongst us, it would be nice if you applied any specials at the checkout. Thaks, Tommy O...”

“The store was closed for over 40 minutes in the mid afternoon with a we'll be back soon sign. Not great when I wne tthere just to go to that store, ended up doing two circuits of harbour town and a visit to dan murphys before it was open.”

“Interesting choice of staff…the young girl that was on today really seemed off with the fairies. At the start she seemed very enthusiastic to help…well that’s after she stopped the steamer from blowing hot steam everywhere and then she asked “Do you know much about the sunscreen’ I replied no I’ve never used it but I’ve heard it’s great for sensitive skin and children. The staff member replied ‘Oh I’m not sure I’m not a sunscreen enthusiast and mentioned yes it’s meant to be ok’. There was also only a few bottles listed as testers and therefore I was unable to smell them all prior to making my purchase. It would have been good to have testers in all the sun lotions so we could test before buying.”

“On a Tuesday we had exceptional service / today - Thursday the attendant was not so good. Didn’t know her product or sizes available and just seemed a bit out if sorts. The guy on Tuesday was on point which is why we came back to shop today. Pity she want up to speed with the brand and an advocate. We are overseas customers so love the brand.”
