“I ordered online. Order arrived quickly. Beautiful quality products. I had to return an item, wrong size. That was easy. I then wanted something that was out of stock. I got a call the next day saying they had it in store. They sent it and it was here in days. Amazing service. Quality items. I love Okanui. My got my first Okanui shorts were when I was around 14 or 15. Forty years ago. I am from Newcastle, I was billeted in Ballina for a gymnastics competition. I had seen Okanuis in surf magazines but our local surf shops didn’t have them. I seen a pair in a surf shop in Ballina. I had to have them. I called my mum from the phone box. She borrowed money from my Uncle and she wired me the money to the post office. I think they were $40. I wore them for years. Until they fell apart. At one stage Mum threw them in the bin, they had holes. I took them out of the bin and got a few more months out of them. Hahahah.”

“Grew up with my okanuis. Now 40 years later the Omani revival, got some t shirts and a pair of shorts online about 18 months ago, then was in Byron Bay a few weeks back so visited the store and got some more t-shirts shorts and some gear for my wife. Excellent”

“We have bought some of the original swim shorts and one piece swim suits. They are still very good. Hard wearing and they stay in shape. Easy to clean and dry quickly. We’ve bought many other items, hats, shirts and track suits. All are good quality.”

“We are very happy customers now! We had a recent holiday to Noosa and my 12 year old daughter was desperate to find a tankini. We had tried several well known shops in the street but as she is this in between stage nothing suited. Too skimpy, not enough colour, not young enough or too young!! So happy we stumbled across your store and wonderful shop assistant. She left with the biggest smile on her face and felt so good in her new tankini set. So grateful to have a store that has really thought about this age group of girls that don’t want to be seen as little kids but not ready for little bikinis! We have a store closer to us apparently that we didn’t know and so glad we do now. Thankyou!”
