“I recently used the services of OKI support tech staff which was a very good experience and my printer malfunction problem was sorted out promptly by phone and email, without the need for an engineer visit. I purchased some toner cartridges which I needed to delay delivery on and that was no problem for the customer services staff. Good customer relations.”

“Replacement cartridges are very expensive for this printer, also, we have a problem with the stapler on the machine which we have reported months ago but as yet, despite several attempts to get someone to come and look at it we have not been successful. Rubbish customer service!”

“From the simplicity in online ordering with a user friendly website to the speed of delivery. I highly recommend OKI, the quality of the products are outstanding and we would only purchase OKI products. Wish the larger heavy duty hardware was a little more affordable to small businesses.”
