“Replacement cartridges are very expensive for this printer, also, we have a problem with the stapler on the machine which we have reported months ago but as yet, despite several attempts to get someone to come and look at it we have not been successful. Rubbish customer service!”

“From the simplicity in online ordering with a user friendly website to the speed of delivery. I highly recommend OKI, the quality of the products are outstanding and we would only purchase OKI products. Wish the larger heavy duty hardware was a little more affordable to small businesses.”

“We needed a toner cartridge fast for our Oki printer. Oki Direct offer easy ordering, quick delivery and comparative prices to discount sites/Amazon; so decided best to order direct from an Oki supplier. Will be using again to reorder when required. Thank you.”
