“Beautiful double sink, love the extras that come with it, i use it as a single sink mostly using the drainer on one side. It looks stylish and the sinks are deep enough to wash pots & pans. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.”
“Toilets are too low. Flush is ineffective - often needs a double flush. They were expensive and after using basic Caroma toilets for 30 years feel very disappointed with our choice.”
“We purchased the Oliveri toilet with the soft closing lid and extra height in the toilet almost six months ago . The toilet flush is terrible , it seems like so much water but disappointingly it can't even flush the paper away , 99% of the time . As for flushing anything more than paper ...... well it is all over the porcelain and you have to flush several times . It's as though the area where the splash meets the water is too narrow . So disappointed !! We are still using the old bathroom toilet , which is easier to keep clean . As I had to used our Oliveri toilet today it has re minded to get in touch with you .”
“Bought first sink Left shop perfect took it home and open box and had a crack across the top. Contacted Australian distributor and wouldn’t do anything about it Blaming transport ,ok I wore that. Bought replacement from same store (gave me a good deal ,still expensive). Had it installed after 10 days put a pot that been simmering on top and left a mark on it. Contact distributor again with photos and was told not to put anything on the sink more than 280c (yes it’s in the fine print) I got the first sink out with the crack and tried to mark it with boiling pots straight off the stove (no marks), heat gun (no mark), soldering iron (full heat15 min) (no mark) Sent email with all the information and photos Not interested. No backup The store sold me the third for cost price Very expensive sink over $2000”

“12 months after fitting an Oliveri under sink water filtration system I attempted to replace the filter cartridge. I live in Perth Western Australia. When it was fitted I was told I could activate the alarm (battery operated led light and sound alarm) for a reminder in 12 months. It didn't work and I suspect the battery was flat before I installed it. I was also told I could easily buy replacement cartridges at Bunnings. Not the case. Bunnings (two stores) said they stopped stocking Bunnings 'years ago'. They recommended Trade Link who told me the same thing and advised me to order online. Trade Link also gave me the phone number for the Oliveri Warehouse (?) in Welshpool WA. I called them and they said they had no suitable cartridges and didn't know when they would have any. They also couldn't recommend anywhere in WA where I may be able to buy one. I don't buy online (don't trust it) but was forced to as the old cartridge had been in place for 12 months. I ordered and received the cartridge in about a week or more. I have since sent an email to Oliveri Customer Service about recycling the old cartridge and have yet to receive a reply several weeks later. Overall my experience with Oliveri is poor and I would not recommend the product to anyone.”

“Everything after the first phone enquiry. Oliveri are not Australian owned and after multiple delays and excuses and dishonesty by staff and lack of responsibility by Oliveri we have had to cancel our order. After a month without a sink and still no idea when we would receive our order, if ever, we're done. I believe Oliveri sinks are no longer made in Australia and they're trying to keep that information from Australian public. Customer service is non existent and the only reply is from an AI robot. Reviews I've looked at make it seem like oliveris inability to deliver the order was a lucky escape”
“Unfortunately the quality of stainless steel is very poor. Previous same brand of sink was way better. Have a lot of 18/10 quality steel....this does not compare...even my stainless steel cookware that is 30 years old looks newer than the sink which is 8 months old. Have to look at it every day with a lot of dissatisfaction and was not cheap.”

“Unfortunately the sink does not drain very well and we are often left with water and food particles (that are rinsed off plates) on the bottom of the sink. It means we have to constantly guide the water etc to the drain with a sponge and wipe out the bottom of the sink. I have not had to do this with other sinks before except for when I am actually cleaning the sink. It is a very large sink and we love the size as we can fit big pots and pans in it for cleaning but it is a shame that the drainage isn't on slightly more of an angle.”

“We love the look of the tap and matches our stainless steel Oliveri sink. It really is a stand out in the kitchen!. The handle is really easy to use being at the front not the side and is easy to swivel from side to side. The only issue we have is the pull-out tap does not go back into place properly, we often have to use some food grease to make this easier. We don't know if this is a fault with the washer?.”

The wooden cutting board and under the colander attracts so much mould so I don't use them at all.”
