“Bought three rimless toilets.
They work - however,
Very poor flush. Appears poorly engineered as water does not clean the entire rim (in particular front section) and sometimes splashes water onto underside of seat and out of the toilet!
As a result the toilet lid and seat become very dirty.
I do not have this problem with a rimless toilet by another company.
I suspect this is due to the cleanflush patent for their rimless technology, and therefore Oliveri needed to vary the rimless flush design.
Sadly it is not an effective solution.”

Received and installed sink, which is ok but scratches easily and wouldn't buy another one. Ok for the price so far but you get what you pay for. Called customer support again with no reply.

“We love the look of the tap and matches our stainless steel Oliveri sink. It really is a stand out in the kitchen!. The handle is really easy to use being at the front not the side and is easy to swivel from side to side. The only issue we have is the pull-out tap does not go back into place properly, we often have to use some food grease to make this easier. We don't know if this is a fault with the washer?.”
“I bought a sink with a cutting board and colander included and I don't really like it.
The wooden cutting board and under the colander attracts so much mould so I don't use them at all.”

“I am quite happy with the purchase I made because the dimensions of the sink are perfect for me. However, after using it for a couple of months, the pipe under the sink started to leak. I had to call in the plumber, thinking that perhaps the plumber didn't do a very good job. But it seems that it is not the installation that was the problem. It was actually the screw on the drainer that has loosened up. I was told that I need to check it and tighten it every once in a while! What??? That was never necessary and has never happened to any of the sinks I have had before! I am thus quite disappointed with the make of this sink that I have.”

“I purchased a tap and a 1 and 3/4 sink, the tap is fantastic, it looks great and is very nice to use.
The sink also looked great when it was first put in but as soon as it was used it started to scratch and has deteriorated with each use. If this was a cheap sink I could accept that but it was a cheap sink. I have since found that this is not an uncommon problem and was told that after about six months it will look better as the scratches will be more uniform and therefore not as noticeable.”
“Professional Series Single Bowl Sink with Drainer PR1122 - This is the ultimate sink, deep enough to cater for the biggest pots and with the mesh drainer covering the entire bottom of the sink makes this the perfect solution for any kitchen. The only failure is the supplied chopping board that is constructed with glued strips of bamboo, the glues have failed and the board has split. Why produce a world class sink and supply a cheap chopping board, only Oliveri can answer this. This would have been a 5+ rating but the chopping board is a real disappointment.”
