We purchased three Vienna back to walk toilets. WARNING they do NOT flush. Company said they would give us a refund. We are still waiting for that to arrive. Do not purchase these toilets. They’re not fit for purpose. Still waiting for the refund four months later.

Installed 3 Oliveri Naples Toilets in 2020. Unlike the images on their website/brochures, the seats and lid do not cover the porcelain bowl when down (about a 1.5cm gap at the front on each toilet). Customer service at Oliveri advise that this is how the Naples toilet is in their showroom. As a result, the seats are not sturdy and now all rubber spacers/lugs on the underside of the seats are failing (flattened and splitting). Contacted Oliveri to source replacement spacers (since no suitable generic versions exist in plumbing/hardware shops). Oliveri advised that they do not manufacture replacement lugs for their toilet seats (huh?) Their solution - buy 3 new toilet seats. Stay clear of Oliveri Toilets, they are poor quality, mutton dressed up as lamb in my opinion. (We also have issues with the ceramic cistern lids on all 3 toilets, the do not fit properly and constantly move, exposing brown unglazed ceramic).

My toilet keeps clogging up and has almost overflowed. My first thought is that the hole is. Too small. I have just purchased this property and the previous owner had the same problem. I definitely didn’t use too much toilet paper. I don’t know what to do as I’m a bit scared to use it

We have three Vienna toilets installed in our new home. They constantly block up. We don’t put any items apart from waste and bamboo loo paper down them soo it has to be a fault in make. Worst loos we have ever had. Would not recommend.

We have 3 Vienna comfort toilets installed in our new home. We are very disappointed, as the toilets don’t flush properly. I am unblocking the toilets daily, there is always a blocked toilet. I wish I could of give no stars, they are a waste of money.

Purchased a Santorini sink that had a crack in it. They refused to honour the product due to it passing 30 days. Had been safely stored with no damage to the box. There returns department took 20 days to reply which was after numerous attempts to resolve. Very poor quality product and disgusting customer service. Will never purchase from them again.

Toilet will not flush solid waste. Incredibly poor design. Unfortunately we have fitted 3 of these toilets in our new house and will need to remove and replace them with something that functions properly. If there is ANYONE in your household over the age of 10 i highly recommend not purchasing these toilet suites.

Several people in the Lifestyle Resort where I live have the same problem, (won't flush faeces). As they have passed the Australian Standards test!! the developer isn't taking any responsibility for them. We are thinking of a class action against Oliveri.

We purchased 2 Oliveri toilet suites but they won’t flush solid matter! Oliveri will not answer our emails and have not done anything to help us apart from sending a plumber to increase the water flow. That didn’t help either as the toilets are just a very poor design. Extremely disappointed as we purchased many other Oliveri appliances for our home Reno’s.

I bought an Oliveri comfort toilet for the extra height last year when my house was being renovated. Have only just moved in and found the toilet will not flush away bowel movements. I have to use hot water and baking soda to break up the faeces every time. Flushing first after the movement before using toilet paper doesn’t work either. Extremely disappointed! The toilet wasn’t cheap either! What are my options? Am I entitled to a refund so another brand of toilet can be bought that works. I’m wasting too much water every time I do a bowel movement. A satisfactory response and outcome is required or I will have to approach consumer affairs for assistance.

Brought two toilets. The flush us terrible! It won't flush my poo down! I have to get the plunger to push it down in hopes it flushes the poo. The worst toilet I have ever owned! Will never buy this brand again and they are not cheap either Do not buy this brand!!

Bad product, tap stopped working after 6 months, unhelpful, deflecting customer service, no tech support, rude, unpleasant. Buy their product if you want to feel cheated.

Toilets are too low. Flush is ineffective - often needs a double flush. They were expensive and after using basic Caroma toilets for 30 years feel very disappointed with our choice.

We purchased the Oliveri toilet with the soft closing lid and extra height in the toilet almost six months ago . The toilet flush is terrible , it seems like so much water but disappointingly it can't even flush the paper away , 99% of the time . As for flushing anything more than paper ...... well it is all over the porcelain and you have to flush several times . It's as though the area where the splash meets the water is too narrow . So disappointed !! We are still using the old bathroom toilet , which is easier to keep clean . As I had to used our Oliveri toilet today it has re minded to get in touch with you .

Bought first sink Left shop perfect took it home and open box and had a crack across the top. Contacted Australian distributor and wouldn’t do anything about it Blaming transport ,ok I wore that. Bought replacement from same store (gave me a good deal ,still expensive). Had it installed after 10 days put a pot that been simmering on top and left a mark on it. Contact distributor again with photos and was told not to put anything on the sink more than 280c (yes it’s in the fine print) I got the first sink out with the crack and tried to mark it with boiling pots straight off the stove (no marks), heat gun (no mark), soldering iron (full heat15 min) (no mark) Sent email with all the information and photos Not interested. No backup The store sold me the third for cost price Very expensive sink over $2000

Unfortunately I have not yet received my order. It has gone missing with TNT. I have a enquiry with TNT to workout what has happened, so at present I would say I am extremely unsatisfied.

I'm not at all happy with Oliveri. I ordered a part, got delivered the wrong one and they won't respond to my email. Not good customer service.

Everything after the first phone enquiry. Oliveri are not Australian owned and after multiple delays and excuses and dishonesty by staff and lack of responsibility by Oliveri we have had to cancel our order. After a month without a sink and still no idea when we would receive our order, if ever, we're done. I believe Oliveri sinks are no longer made in Australia and they're trying to keep that information from Australian public. Customer service is non existent and the only reply is from an AI robot. Reviews I've looked at make it seem like oliveris inability to deliver the order was a lucky escape

Unfortunately the quality of stainless steel is very poor. Previous same brand of sink was way better. Have a lot of 18/10 quality steel....this does not compare...even my stainless steel cookware that is 30 years old looks newer than the sink which is 8 months old. Have to look at it every day with a lot of dissatisfaction and was not cheap.
