“I bought the personalised blanket. Which was beautiful and delivered speedily. However, I asked a question to clarify regarding gift wrapping and was met with quite a rude response. The quality of their products is good.”

“Paid for express shipping but didn’t receive my package for 2 weeks, something must’ve went wrong with the couriers but I did email letting them know. They got back to me pretty fast, sent out a replacement gift and even refunded me my express shipping. Despite being 2 weeks late, they jumped straight on it and resolved the issue!”

“Very easy to purchase and lots of option. I brought as gift and it was ordered and delivered within a week with express delivery. Only thing I thought could improve was if I was sent a sample picture of what was sent as I have no idea of the end product because it was delivered straight to the person I gifted it too. But they said it was beautiful when received. Overall would recommend.”
