“I bought a baby blanket and towel from One Little Day as a gift for my friend, but when I opened the package, both items had a very strong burnt/charcoal smell, almost like smoke from a party. This was very disappointing and embarrassing, as I could not wash them (since they were meant to be a gift) and I felt ashamed to give them in that condition. Baby items should arrive with a fresh, clean scent—not a harsh burning smell. I hope the company improves their quality control, because presentation and freshness are especially important for newborn gifts.”
Hi Samaher, thanks for your review. I have checked our emails and it seems you have never contacted us about this issue. I can assure you that none of gifts have been exposed to "smoke from a party" or smell similar. However if you do have a genuine issue with the products you've received we will replace them for you free of charge. This is the same for all our customers. In your case, the issue you have is very bizarre and for some reason you've chosen not to contact us to have the issue resolved. We are not sure why?
