hi your order was never returned to us and you did not come back in to contact with us so the ticket was closed. we have refunded you today for the lost parcel, sorry for the issue here.

“I received the wrong order, I contacted One Pound Sweets and the response I got was that my order would be resent. I would obviously expect this response but I would have also expected an apology but got nothing. The sweets are great but the customer service is shocking.”

Hi sorry you didnt get the correct box first time round, we did resend this so you had a free box of sweets. we also gave you an apology in the very first email "Sorry about that not sure how the sticker was put on the wrong box but must have been. we will resend the order again on Tuesday when we return" so you had a free box of sweets, your original order and an apology.
