“What an outstanding company! They continually deliver me cheaper premiums every year, unlike some of the mainstream insurers who seem to think it's acceptable to increase it by 10% every year... I always go through a broker now, and I've never regretted it. One Sure is the best broker I've found!”

“Cannot fault the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Onesure however, their telephone system is the worst I have ever encountered. Crackly lines and inconsistent connection, get cut off regularly whilst on hold and so on.”

Hello Jennie, Let me first of all take this opportunity to apologise for the poor experience you had with our telephone lines. Being disconnected while on hold is not acceptable, and we would like to apologise for that first and foremost. From investigating the matter, I can see that when you called in, we were unfortunately experiencing phone line related issues that were out of our control. Rest assured, these problems have now been rectified and we are actively working with our telecoms providers to try and ensure that there is never a repeat occurrence. “after the shock increase from my current insurer and the other quotes i had i was happy to accept the one sure offer it being the best i could find .the thing that puzzles me i thought insurance was based on risk .i have held a driving license 62 years driven in 4 different countries and never made a claim .when i see most of our customers pay less than £192 i assume they must only get the car out of the garage to wash it and then its under 24 hours security by the sas”

“shocking treatment! spent 3 hours on the phone listening to recorded message, eventually able to speak to advisor and then constantly being cut off over and over again. Been with onesure for many years but am about to cancel my policy because of my experience yesterday. Very poor and should be investigated. happy to provide more information. Following this review, the company immediately contacted me and discussed what had happened. A high street voucher was sent out and a refund was also agreed. The lady I spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful.”

“It's heard to get through on the phone to try and make any changes I have called twice to try and change my address and just get on put on hold for a long time other than that I have no complaints very good and happy”
