“I wanted to cancel my policy within the 14 days of taking the insurance and expected to get a refund of the deposit but instead they kept all of the deposit and I still had to pay for the cancellation so I ended up losing over £200. Plus the call charges around £20 on top of that. Very expensive but I'm glad I never have to deal with them anymore.”

Hello Csaba, It is unfortunate to hear that you are disappointed with the service received. In relation to your cancellation, we are unable to discuss the particular circumstances surrounding this. This is due to data protection laws. We would be happy to talk with you about this on the phone. In regards to call charges, it should be known that we only use 0800 and 0330 numbers - both of which are included in the minutes provided by mobile phone contracts - and as such, should be free. We do not currently use any premium rate numbers - so I am not sure why you have incurred call charges as we do not charge anything to call any of our teams. With that said, we are dedicated to ensuring that we provide an outstanding level of service, and would welcome you to ring our customer services team where we will be able to shed light on the situation and provide help where possible. “I have been very pleased with the factual yet personal level of service making my purchase of a new insurance an easy process. Documentation was available to view the very same day and without error. The documentation is clearly laid out with all appropriate contact numbers to hand. So far I cannot fault the service in any way and may well consider renewing other policies with them when they are due. A pleasure to do business with not to mention a very competitive quotation. Nice service for a change.”

“Found you details on the web, called and spoke to a very helpful agent who asked me exactly what i wanted, what was my budge,t and found me a good deal that was much better than anything else that was available. “this is the first time i had my own insurance for many years as i was a mobility customer which took care of all my mobility car needs. as i dont have a mobility car any more i had to find another car for my needs and i did. well i had to find some insurance as well. i searched for some quots to find the best price for me and i found one sure.”

“New system is far too complicated and time consuming, why can"t the certificate be posted like the renewal was? I also asked for a quote for breakdown and recovery which I have not recieved? Have now recieved quote for breakdown cover, thank you”

Hi Craig. I am sorry to hear that you feel our SSA is complicated and time consuming. We have recently launched the online platform as a way of allowing our customers to digitally upload their documents - such as no claims bonus. I have passed your comments regarding the SSA onto our technical operations manager. “im not overly impressed it seems every time iv called you some things wrong or been added or missed and the price just keeps going up and up. on one phone call i found out you're charging interest at an extortionate rate. the monthly payments kept on changing, and an uncertainty about roadside recovery this was later confirmed. im not impressed and i have to say i am cancelling the policy with immediate effect. thank you”
