Hi, thank you for the feedback! At the moment Onedox covers energy, mobile phone, car and home media service providers while notifying you of any contract end-dates, bill due dates and recommendations for better deals than the ones you're on. For each and every provider we support, we need to do an initial manual integration in order to then automatically pull your bills and account information into your Onedox dashboard. In the next few weeks we'll be releasing an amazing app update with a brand new User Interface as well as support for Home and Car Insurance. We're also working on adding more services such as water bills and council tax as quickly as we can, and we will also be enabling the capability to add your own free-form bills for those services we don't yet support. Please bear with us as we add more services to help you manage your household bills!

“Apart from reminding me when a contract is up for renewal I don't really see what value it adds. What am I missing?”

Hi Paul, thanks for the feedback! In addition to helping you keep track of contract end-dates and renewals for gas and electricity bills, mobile phone bills, home media and car MOT and tax, Onedox also helps you make sure you're always on the best energy deal possible. We do this by suggesting other deals with which you could save money by moving tariff or switching energy provider - all possible directly through the app. Very shortly we'll also be adding support for home and car insurance as well as adding support for water bills, council tax and free-form bills and reminders. I hope you'll bear with us as we grow and add more features and providers for you!

Thanks Dave, that's a really good idea! Free-form entry reminders are on our roadmap and we hope to enable them after we update the app to a cool new UI and add home and car insurance which are up next :)

“The jury's still out! Onedox promises a lot but is not delivering at the moment. I wish them well and hope the injection of funds they received recently helps speed development up.”

“Onedox has the potential to be very useful for me. For the service to be perfect we need to be able to connect with a lot more suppliers (water, council tax etc). I'm sure you know all this and are working on it. I hope that in the next year or so it is achievable. Also the link with Monzo will be excellent if it happens. Thanks. Keep up the good work. Davey”

“Handy to have a central place for multiple services billing etc. The problem is that there are too few services to allow it to fulfill its real potential. For instance, It only supports a small sample of my monthly bills, I need to see water, council tax & insurance as well.”

“It's a great concept but having limited utilities. Can you update to include car insurance, council tax, house insurance, plus the ability to add your own account. I know this is still in the early stages but it seems quite limited currently.”

“Useful as a reminder system to review your ongoing spending and bills. But if you don't actually switch providers when it suggests you should (for example, because you don't like the recommendations), it continues to pester you to do so. And there's no way of stopping it!”

H John. Sorry to hear that you've been receiving recommendations that aren't appropriate for you. Recommendations are currently based on price but we will be adding other criteria such as sustainability of supply and customer service rating. There is a way to stop any To Do's by "snoozing" or removing the To Do within your To Do's tab. I've gone ahead and done this for you so you won't receive any further in relation to the one you had outstanding. If there's anything else we can do to improve your rating please let us know.
