Generally ok but the staff can’t fix the problem with Amazon 2FA which means that every couple of days, or more frequently you get an email telling you to reconnect the 2FA again - very annoying and worse when the problem isn’t fixed.

Needs more integrations to be able to pull documentation and perform price comparisons.

Very good potential. However not enough companies and several ones app is supposed to support do not work at all. Also on Android you need to disable auto rotate it is extremely frustrating. It should be the same as the systems auto rotate setting.

Looked at their offers about changing internet/phone supplier. Not great offers...

Small range of documents, eg no life insurance, medical insurance, pension polices, sky, council tax, saving schemes eg Virgin Investments Cannot add different policies from same provider, eg I have motor and home insurance through eSure - only one esure seems to be allowed.

I only have two accounts accepted on here. I have tried to put others n with no success. I tried to add home insurance and water bill. What's happening.

Hi Carol, that sounds like something I can help with! Could you send us a message via the in-app live chat so we can take a look at your account together and fix those for you? Currently our insurance and water bills are in beta, which means they'll be subject to some growing pains! Looks good at first glance but isn’t particularly quick at updating to the most recent bills and in all honesty, it’s a bit pointless.

Apps unable to be setup / connect, currently bulb account stuck requiring attention and has been for days, same happened with Now TV account. Not as much info from the app as I was hoping for, hasn't really been that beneficial.

Hi Lewis, I've set your Bulb account to refresh so you should see that working soon. Sometimes accounts take a bit longer to sync so just let us know, we'll give it a little push! For Now TV, that's still in beta and we appreciate your help in the initial testing. Apologies it wasn't smooth sailing straight away but it's almost ready to go live and we'll be sure to let you know as soon as it's released!

We're happy to say that we are planning to automate new bills and reminders in the very near future such as home and car insurance, water bills, council tax and many more. Having just come through a round of funding, things are accelerating quickly! Have forgotten I had it! It doesn't have all the regular bills on it like Council Tax etc.

Thanks for your feedback Phil. Council Tax is tricky for us to support given the number of councils there are nationwide, however we're working on a solution!
