“I signed up for Onedox out of interest but I have found it to be really useful straight away. It presents information in a really clear manner which made it very simple to see that my broadband contract had ended and I could search for something new without any exit fees. Trying to find this information on the TalkTalk website was very difficult.”

“The product is very well thought out and I can see the value that it will deliver by keeping everything in one place. The info I got back on my phone account wasn't totally accurate though as only one of my devices was due an upgrade. Is the product going to link into car insurers in the future as having a reminder on when car insurance is due would be an excellent additional feature Happy to correspond on this as I run a small software company and client feedback fuels our development roadmap. Hi Mark, Thanks very much for your feedback and raising the issue with your mobile contract end dates. This should now be fixed - thanks for your help identifying it! We anticipate adding car and home insurance, hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks too for the offer of further feedback. It's exceptionally valuable to us and we will no doubt take you up on it soon.

“This is a great idea, but it isn't quite the finished article yet. Not all utility suppliers are hooked up yet, so it's not something everyone can rely on 100%. Until my utility supplier gets hooked up with OneDox I can only really use this as a diary reminder at the moment. I believe the intent is that it will remind me of up coming contract expiry dates, and suggest alternative deals to save me money. I can't see how this happens as present. Idea is sound, and I am sure it will get there.”

Hi. Thank you very much for your feedback. We know Onedox isn't the finished article in terms of supporting all suppliers but we intend to add support for additional suppliers as soon as we can. So far, we've taken the approach of supporting the most popular suppliers first. Taking energy as an example, we currently support suppliers used by 93% of UK consumers. We hope to get this to 100% as soon as we can and will let you as soon as your supplier is supported.

“Onedox is a fantastic platform that allows me to keep on top of all my utility bills, tax and MOT reminders. The function to find me a cheaper deal for my gas and electric is brilliant too as I am now saving money thanks to Onedox.”
