“I think it's already a great app, and when you incorporate car insurance, house insurance and rates bills it will be brilliant! We have a number of cars and I love that I can see at a glance what needs doing. Keep up the good work.”

“Being a pensioner and memory not now great I find Onedox very professionally presented but understanding the terminology leaves me a bit baffled. (Need my 8 year grandson to explain) I joined ,hoping that my household bills, could be all in one place and every 12 months you could advise if I could get better deal and do the process for me . But here I struggle as the buzz words you use are confusing for me but not my Grandson Or perhaps I am expecting to much”

Hi Brian, thank you so much for your review and helpful feedback. I'm sorry you're finding our terminology confusing - that's not ideal! Once you connect your household bills to Onedox (and I see you've added some already which is great), the service starts to monitor those bills, and will then compare the amount you're spending today to other available deals in the market. We'll make suggestions to you as to whether you could be saving money by switching to a new provider or tariff. We don't currently make that switch automatically for you but it's definitely a consideration for the future! “Onedox has the potential to be very useful for me. For the service to be perfect we need to be able to connect with a lot more suppliers (water, council tax etc). I'm sure you know all this and are working on it. I hope that in the next year or so it is achievable. Also the link with Monzo will be excellent if it happens. Thanks. Keep up the good work. Davey”
