“the most convoluted system I have encountered; the lack of feedback as to correcting any errors is abysmal”

“I had difficulty in managing the sale myself - SO I asked my Accountant to help - he also had extreme difficulty - the sale of my shares ended up costing $186.70 and the Accountant's fees $346. The Accountant kindly gave me 50% off that cost due to the difficulty in executing the sale”

“not happy with cost of the trade especially for the amount of shares i had to sell. I was left with no alternative as they were shares I received from my previous employer.”
