“I paid for a next day service 3 days later I still haven’t my money in bank Lots of promises The service is terrible When I called I was dismissed and fogged off by woman I had an over phone appointment on Tuesday at midday They sold shares that day I was promised share money by Wednesday night It’s now late Friday afternoon and I’m waiting still”

“What a horrible experience and time wasted to verify yourself and bank details. Kind of defeats the purpose and process of trying to sell your shares at the prevailing prices. Almost a third world validation process and even worse speed in an arena where timing is everything. What a shame really.”

“Extremely tedious to verify yourself. I don't recommend this site for anyone who's interested in selling your shares promptly. Their image capturing method is very poor, and on top of that their validations are very basic to the point where it fails more than succeeds. Then you are ended up running after JPs to get things certified. The whole thing is really tedious in this time and age.”

“tried over 20 times with 4 devices to scan photo or passport and it would not accept. No help from help desk so have to do the old paper way”

“$104 for a brokerage fee is steep considering it wasn’t even a same day sale. Because of the delayed sale I received approximately $500 less with the added brokerage fee on top. Disappointing.”

“I had difficulty in managing the sale myself - SO I asked my Accountant to help - he also had extreme difficulty - the sale of my shares ended up costing $186.70 and the Accountant's fees $346. The Accountant kindly gave me 50% off that cost due to the difficulty in executing the sale”
