My only suggestion is a list before we begin the online process of all forms of Iinformation and Identification etc needed as I found myself lacking some things on hand. Especially as I was authorised to represent my mother. If there was a list then that's on me for not looking properly. Thankyou.”

“I needed a service recently to assist me to sell some shares and chose One Of Trades. No regrets. Being unfamiliar with the whole process I had questions and also concerns. However, via email and telephone communicaitons those questions and concerns were sorted out and alleviated, and done so in a timely manner. I did not use the digital I.D. process, but chose to go to my local Police Station to do a manual check, that was emailed to me and I was able to forward it to One Of Trades. The sale was fast and efficient just as they promised it would be.”
